3. How to connect to Wi-Fi?
- Go to "Settings", on your phone.
- Go to Network Connections.
- Select Wi-Fi & Make sure it is ON.
- A list of available Wi-Fi Connections will populate on the screen.
- Select the Wi-Fi Connection you wish to use.
- If prompted, enter the Wi-Fi Connection's password.
- Then select "Connect."
- Once connected, your phone will remember the Wi-Fi Connection and password, and can be set to automatically connect whenever you are within range.

- Make sure you don’t have any pending software updates. To gain access to all the latest features, remember to keep your phone updated to the latest software version.
- Your service plan needs to be Hotspot compatible.
- Make sure your phone’s internet connection is working.
- Make sure the Wi-Fi on the device you are trying to connect is working.
- If you have a password, make sure you are using the correct one.
- Disable battery saver or low power mode, in case it limits the ability of the Hotspot to connect.
